Many traders open the chart they intend to trade first. That habit makes every wiggle feel urgent and every higher-timeframe level feel optional.

A slower chart answers two questions before any entry language appears: what is the prevailing structure, and where are the zones that matter this week?

Practise a fixed order for a month: weekly, then daily, then execution. Speed returns once the hierarchy is automatic.
