Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 21 August 2026. These terms apply to studio workshops, labs, and private coaching booked with Panel Maple Core Institute.
1. Scope
This policy covers training sessions listed on this site (group workshops, labs, private coaching, and chart stack reviews). It does not cover products, software subscriptions, or physical goods we do not sell.
2. Eligibility for a refund
You may request a refund when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when you cancel in writing within the timeframes below. Refunds are not available for completed sessions where you attended, or for dissatisfaction with trading results after education.
3. Cancellation by you
- More than 7 days before the scheduled start: full refund of fees paid, or free reschedule to another published date.
- 48 hours to 7 days before start: 50% refund, or one complimentary reschedule within three months.
- Less than 48 hours before start, or failure to attend: no refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a paid reschedule credit of 50% of the fee toward a future session.
4. Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed when notice is given at least 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. Further changes may require a new booking at the then-current fee.
5. Deposits
When a deposit is requested to hold a private coaching slot, it is applied to the session fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 7 days of the session date but remain transferable once under the reschedule rules above.
6. No-shows
If you do not attend and do not notify us, the session is treated as completed for fee purposes. Materials prepared specifically for your private session remain chargeable.
7. Work already started
For private coaching or chart stack reviews where you have already submitted materials and we have begun written preparation, cancellation inside 48 hours may result in a partial refund after deducting preparation time at a reasonable hourly equivalent, not exceeding the session fee.
8. Materials
Printed worksheets and timeframe-stack templates included in a session fee are non-refundable once provided. If a session is cancelled by us before materials are issued, those items are not charged.
9. How to request a refund
Email hello@panel-maplecore.click with your name, session title, scheduled date, and reason. You may also call 662 255298018 and follow up in writing.
10. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds in Thailand may take longer depending on your institution.
11. Sessions we cancel
If we cancel due to illness, low enrolment, or venue issues, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date at no extra cost.
12. Consumer protections
Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under applicable Thai consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
